JD Nitro Privacy Policy – How We Protect Your Data in PH

Your personal information matters. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what JD Nitro collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have under Philippine law as a registered player on the platform.

Six Privacy Commitments JD Nitro Makes to Every Player

Before reading the full policy, here are the most important privacy principles JD Nitro commits to for every Filipino player on the platform.

We Don't Sell Your Data

JD Nitro never sells, rents, or trades your personal information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. Your data stays within JD Nitro and is used only for the purposes described in this policy.

Minimal Data Collection

JD Nitro collects only the data we genuinely need — to run your account, verify your identity, process payments, and keep the platform secure. We don't collect data on the off-chance it might be useful someday. Less data collected means less exposure for you.

Encrypted in Transit and at Rest

All data transmitted between your device and JD Nitro is protected by TLS encryption. Financial data and sensitive personal information are encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols. Your information is not sitting in a plain-text database anywhere.

RA 10173 Compliant

JD Nitro's data handling practices are fully aligned with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. You have enforceable rights under this law, and JD Nitro respects them.

You Control Your Data

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by JD Nitro. These requests can be submitted directly to our Data Privacy Officer. We respond to all verified data requests within the timeframes required by Philippine law.

Opt Out of Marketing Any Time

If you receive promotional communications from JD Nitro and no longer want them, you can opt out at any time through your account notification settings or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional notifications about your account.

Why Privacy Matters at JD Nitro — A Straight Talk for Filipino Players

Online privacy can feel like an abstract concern until something goes wrong. At JD Nitro, we think Filipino players deserve to know — in plain language, not buried in legalese — exactly what happens to their personal information when they use the platform.

When you register on JD Nitro, you share some personal details with us. You trust that we'll handle that information responsibly. This Privacy Policy is our side of that agreement — a transparent, honest account of how we collect data, what we do with it, who we might share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.

We've structured this policy so you can navigate directly to the section most relevant to you. If something isn't clear after reading, our Data Privacy Officer and support team are available to answer your questions — no corporate runaround, just a straight answer from a real Filipino team.

By using JD Nitro, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described herein. This policy is reviewed and updated regularly. The current version is always available at jdnitro.biz/privacy-policy.

Version effective: January 1, 2025

1 Who We Are — The Data Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the JD Nitro online gaming platform, operated at jdnitro.biz. JD Nitro acts as the personal information controller in relation to all data collected from registered players and platform visitors, as that term is defined under Republic Act 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

As the data controller, JD Nitro determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. We are responsible for ensuring that all data handling practices comply with RA 10173, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable orders and circulars issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Questions about this Privacy Policy or JD Nitro's data practices can be directed to our Data Privacy Officer at privacy@jdnitro.biz. See Section 14 for full contact details.

2 Personal Data We Collect

JD Nitro collects personal data through several channels: directly from you during registration and account use, automatically through your interaction with the platform, and — in limited circumstances — from third-party verification services. Here is a breakdown of the categories of data we collect.

Data Category Specific Data Points Collection Method
Identity Data Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, government ID number and type Provided by you at registration / KYC
Contact Data Philippine mobile number, email address Provided by you at registration
Financial Data GCash number, Maya account, bank account name and last 4 digits, transaction history Provided by you during deposit/withdrawal setup

Referral Data Referral code used at registration, identity of referring player (masked) Automatically captured if you registered via a referral link

What JD Nitro does NOT collect: We do not collect your full bank account or card numbers (only masked identifiers). We do not access your device's contacts, camera, microphone, or location without explicit consent. We do not collect biometric data.

3 Why We Collect Your Personal Data

JD Nitro collects personal data for specific, legitimate purposes directly related to operating a compliant online gaming platform for Filipino players. We do not collect data speculatively or without a clear purpose.

  • Account creation and management: Your name, contact details, and date of birth are needed to register and maintain your JD Nitro account.
  • Identity verification (KYC): Philippine gaming regulations require us to verify the identity of players, particularly before processing withdrawals. This protects you and prevents fraud and money laundering on the platform.
  • Payment processing: Your financial data is needed to process deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, and other supported channels. We cannot complete transactions without this information.
  • Regulatory compliance: JD Nitro is required to maintain records of player activity, transactions, and identity verification as part of its regulatory obligations under Philippine gaming and anti-money laundering laws.
  • Platform security: Technical data such as IP address and device information is collected to detect suspicious access, prevent unauthorised account use, and protect the integrity of the platform.
  • Customer support: Communication data is retained to maintain a record of support interactions, ensure consistent service, and resolve disputes where necessary.
  • Responsible gaming monitoring: Activity data helps JD Nitro's responsible gaming system identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling, allowing us to offer support tools proactively.
  • Platform improvement: Aggregate, anonymised activity and technical data helps us understand how players use JD Nitro and improve the platform experience over time.
  • Direct marketing (with consent): If you have opted in to marketing communications, we use your contact details to send you relevant offers, promotions, and updates about JD Nitro. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

4 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, JD Nitro must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. The following legal bases apply to JD Nitro's data processing activities.

  • Performance of a contract: Most core processing — account registration, payment processing, game settlement — is necessary to deliver the services you signed up for. Without this processing, JD Nitro cannot operate your account.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation: Identity verification, transaction record-keeping, and suspicious activity reporting are required by Philippine gaming regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. JD Nitro has no discretion on whether to perform this processing.
  • Legitimate interests: Platform security monitoring, fraud detection, and aggregate analytics are conducted based on JD Nitro's legitimate interest in maintaining a safe, functional platform. We balance these interests against your privacy rights and apply proportionate measures.
  • Consent: Direct marketing communications are sent only where you have given your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5 How JD Nitro Uses Your Personal Data

Beyond the purposes stated in Section 3, here is a more detailed picture of how your data moves through and is used within the JD Nitro platform in day-to-day operation.

Account verification and ongoing monitoring: Your identity data is used not only at registration but on an ongoing basis to ensure account integrity. If our systems detect unusual activity — such as a login from an unexpected location or an unusually large transaction — your account may be temporarily flagged for review. This is a security measure, not a penalty.

Personalised experience: Activity data may be used to personalise the JD Nitro experience for you — surfacing betting markets relevant to sports you follow, or displaying game categories you access most frequently. This personalisation does not involve automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Fraud and abuse prevention: Technical data and activity patterns are analysed to detect and prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct described in the JD Nitro Terms and Conditions. Where prohibited conduct is detected, your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Responsible gaming system: JD Nitro's responsible gaming tools use your activity data to provide deposit limit recommendations, session time reminders, and — where indicators suggest a possible problem — proactive outreach from our support team. This is a player protection measure and reflects our commitment to responsible gaming described further at Responsible Gaming.

Legal and regulatory reporting: Transaction and identity records may be used to fulfil reporting obligations to Philippine gaming regulators and — where legally required — to law enforcement or the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

6 Who JD Nitro Shares Your Data With

JD Nitro does not sell your personal data. We share data only in the circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose.

  • Payment processors: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and partner banks receive the financial data necessary to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
  • Identity verification providers: JD Nitro may use third-party KYC service providers to assist with identity document verification. These providers process your ID data solely for verification purposes under strict data processing agreements.
  • Game software providers: Third-party providers who supply game software (such as Bingo or Pusoy game engines) may receive your account identifier and relevant gameplay data for the purpose of delivering the game. They do not receive your full identity or financial data.
  • Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: JD Nitro is required to share player data with Philippine gaming regulators, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, or law enforcement where legally obligated to do so. JD Nitro will notify you of such sharing where permitted by law.
  • Professional advisors: In limited circumstances, JD Nitro's legal, audit, or compliance advisors may access relevant player data as part of their professional engagement. All such advisors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Business successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of JD Nitro's business, player data may be transferred to the successor entity. Players will be notified of such a transfer and given the opportunity to exercise their data rights before the transfer takes effect.

JD Nitro does not share personal data with third-party advertisers or data analytics companies for commercial profiling purposes. Any analytics conducted by JD Nitro on player behaviour uses aggregated, anonymised data that cannot be used to identify individual players.

7 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

JD Nitro uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, maintain your session, and improve the user experience. Here is how we use these technologies.

  • Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They maintain your login session, remember your language and display preferences, and ensure the security of your account during a session. You cannot opt out of these cookies while using JD Nitro.
  • Performance and analytics cookies: These cookies collect anonymised data about how players interact with JD Nitro — which pages are most visited, how long sessions last, and where users encounter technical issues. This data is used to improve the platform and does not identify individual players.
  • Functional cookies: These cookies remember your preferences — such as your preferred sports categories or display settings — to provide a more personalised experience on return visits.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the JD Nitro platform — for example, disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in. For a full list of cookies used by JD Nitro, contact our Data Privacy Officer.

JD Nitro does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels from social media platforms on the main gaming platform.

8 How JD Nitro Protects Your Data

JD Nitro implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. The following measures are in place to protect your personal information.

  • Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your device and JD Nitro is protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher). This prevents interception of your data by third parties during transmission.
  • Encryption at rest: Financial data, KYC documents, and other sensitive personal information stored on JD Nitro's servers are encrypted at rest using AES-256 or equivalent standard.
  • Access controls: Access to personal data within JD Nitro's systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff can only access the data necessary for their specific role, and all access is logged and auditable.
  • PCI-DSS compliance: JD Nitro's card payment processing infrastructure complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) for the protection of cardholder data.
  • Regular security assessments: JD Nitro conducts regular internal security reviews and periodic third-party security audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the platform infrastructure.
  • Incident response: JD Nitro maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, JD Nitro will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by RA 10173.

Your role in security matters too: JD Nitro's security measures protect data on our side. Keeping your account password confidential, logging out after each session, and enabling two-factor authentication where available are important steps you can take to protect your account from your side.

9 How Long We Keep Your Data

JD Nitro retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and in compliance with legal retention requirements. The following retention periods apply.

  • Active account data: While your JD Nitro account is active, we retain all data associated with your account — identity, contact, financial, and activity data — to operate the account and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Post-closure retention: After an account is closed, JD Nitro retains identity and transaction records for a minimum of five years from the date of closure, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming licensing conditions.
  • KYC documents: Identity documents submitted for KYC verification are retained for the same five-year post-closure period and then securely destroyed.
  • Support communications: Records of support interactions are retained for three years after the account to which they relate is closed, in case they are needed for dispute resolution.
  • Marketing consent records: Records of your marketing consent (or withdrawal of consent) are retained for the duration of your account and for three years after closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
  • Anonymised data: Aggregated, anonymised analytical data derived from player activity may be retained indefinitely, as it cannot be used to identify individual players.

10 Your Data Rights Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act

As a Filipino data subject, Republic Act 10173 gives you specific rights in relation to your personal data held by JD Nitro. These rights are enforceable and JD Nitro takes them seriously.

Right to Be Informed

You have the right to be told what personal data JD Nitro collects about you and how it is used. This Privacy Policy fulfils this right. You may also request a summary at any time by contacting our Data Privacy Officer.

Right to Access

You can request a copy of the personal data JD Nitro holds about you. Submit a written request to our Data Privacy Officer and we will respond with a data export within 15 business days of verification.

Right to Rectification

If any personal data JD Nitro holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. Most basic account data can be updated directly in your account settings. For KYC data corrections, contact support.

Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected. Note that legal retention requirements (see Section 9) may prevent immediate deletion of certain records.

Right to Object

You can object to JD Nitro processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, though JD Nitro may have compelling grounds to continue in specific circumstances.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. JD Nitro will provide your account and transaction data export in CSV format upon request within 15 business days.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe JD Nitro has processed your data unlawfully or has not responded adequately to a data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

Right to Damages

Under RA 10173, if JD Nitro causes you harm through unauthorised processing, negligence, or breach of this policy, you may have the right to seek compensation. JD Nitro takes its data protection obligations seriously to prevent such situations.

Withdraw Consent Any Time

For processing activities based on your consent — primarily direct marketing — you can withdraw your consent at any time through your notification settings or by contacting support@jdnitro.biz. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of prior processing.

11 Children's Privacy

JD Nitro's platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are under 21, you must not register an account or use the JD Nitro platform in any way.

If JD Nitro becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to close the associated account and securely delete or return all related personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has registered on JD Nitro, please contact us immediately at privacy@jdnitro.biz.

12 Third-Party Links and Services

The JD Nitro platform does not contain links to third-party websites outside of the platform's own domain. However, payment transactions on JD Nitro involve interaction with third-party payment service providers (GCash, Maya, bank portals, etc.) whose own privacy policies apply once you leave the JD Nitro environment to complete a transaction.

JD Nitro is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party payment providers. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of GCash, Maya, or your bank before initiating transactions, so you understand how those providers handle your data on their side of the transaction.

JD Nitro's game software is partly provided by licensed third-party game developers. These developers may process gameplay data for quality assurance and performance monitoring purposes. They do not receive your personal identity or financial data from JD Nitro.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

JD Nitro may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, or applicable law. The following process applies to all updates.

  • Material changes to this policy will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
  • The updated policy will be published at jdnitro.biz/privacy-policy with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.
  • Where a change requires your fresh consent — for example, a new data use that was not covered in the previous version — JD Nitro will seek that consent explicitly before processing begins under the new terms.
  • Continued use of JD Nitro after the effective date of any updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, for processing activities that do not require fresh consent.

14 Contact Our Data Privacy Officer

JD Nitro has appointed a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with RA 10173 and this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to your personal data, please reach out.

  • Email (Data Privacy Officer): privacy@jdnitro.biz
  • General Support: support@jdnitro.biz
  • Response Time: Data rights requests are acknowledged within 3 business days and responded to within 15 business days of identity verification.

When submitting a data rights request, please include your registered JD Nitro account details (name and mobile number) and a brief description of your request. We will verify your identity before actioning any request that involves accessing or modifying your personal data. This verification step protects your data from being actioned on behalf of someone else.

If you are not satisfied with JD Nitro's response to your data rights request, you have the right to escalate your concern to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Information on how to file a complaint with the NPC is available on the NPC's official website.
