JD Nitro Terms and Conditions – Philippine Gaming Platform Rules

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document correctly.

• "JD Nitro," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the JD Nitro online gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the JD Nitro platform or who is accessing the platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the JD Nitro website (jdnitro.biz), its mobile-optimised version, and any associated applications or interfaces through which gaming services are provided.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account registered on JD Nitro, identified by a unique username and linked to a verified Philippine mobile number.
• "Wallet" — refers to the internal balance held within your JD Nitro account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional or bonus balance credited to your account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to deposits made from your own payment channels that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Qualifying Deposit" — refers to a deposit meeting the minimum amount and method requirements specified in a particular promotion or offer.
• "Turnover" / "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total cumulative bet amount required to convert Bonus Funds into withdrawable funds.
• "Settlement" — refers to the official determination of a game or bet outcome and the crediting or debiting of the resulting amount to or from a player's Wallet.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the JD Nitro platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of these conditions to create and maintain an account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. JD Nitro strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage participation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legality of using JD Nitro in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or agent of JD Nitro or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly permitted in writing by JD Nitro management.
• You must not have previously had a JD Nitro account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access JD Nitro's games and betting services, you must complete the registration process honestly and accurately. The following rules apply to all account registrations.

• You may only register one account on JD Nitro. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested.
• You must use a mobile number that belongs to you and that you have exclusive access to. JD Nitro uses this number for account security, verification, and communication.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact information changes, you must update your account promptly through the account settings section.
• JD Nitro reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
• Account registration is free. JD Nitro will never charge a fee to create or maintain a standard player account.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

JD Nitro is required by Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

• Players will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's ID) to confirm their identity.
• Additional documents may be requested to verify your address or the source of funds, particularly for high-value withdrawals or unusual account activity.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. During this period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.
• Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• JD Nitro handles all KYC documents in strict compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JD Nitro account. The following security obligations apply to all players.

• You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with any other person. JD Nitro staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact JD Nitro support immediately at support@jdnitro.biz so we can secure your account.
• JD Nitro is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, provided we acted in good faith based on the credentials presented.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available. This adds a second layer of security beyond your password.
• You should log out of your JD Nitro account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

6 Deposits

JD Nitro accepts deposits through several Filipino payment channels. The following rules apply to all deposit transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per period depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your JD Nitro account on your behalf — are not permitted.
• JD Nitro does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
• Deposits are credited to your JD Nitro Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• JD Nitro reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that raises concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

7 Withdrawals

JD Nitro processes withdrawal requests to Filipino payment channels with industry-leading speed. The following rules govern all withdrawals from the platform.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though anti-money-laundering reviews may apply to large transactions.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your JD Nitro account. This is a firm requirement and will be enforced without exception.
• Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass KYC verification. See Section 4 for details.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete in under 5 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay complete within 1–2 hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking business day.
• Real Money Funds in your Wallet are withdrawable at any time, subject to the above conditions. Bonus Funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• JD Nitro reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance purposes. Players will be notified if this occurs.
• JD Nitro does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider for receiving funds are not JD Nitro's responsibility.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

JD Nitro offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless specifically overridden in individual promotion terms.

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on qualifying JD Nitro games.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: Sports Betting wagers count at 100%; Bingo counts at 100%; Pusoy counts at 80%; Sabong counts at 100%. Specific restrictions per promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days after being credited unless the promotion states a different period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, or per payment method, as specified in that promotion. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• JD Nitro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given. Players with an active bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that applied when the bonus was accepted.
• If JD Nitro determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

9 Betting and Gaming Rules

JD Nitro offers sports betting, live betting, and online games including Sabong, Bingo, Pusoy, and more. The following rules apply across all gaming and betting products on the platform.

• All bets and game stakes are final once confirmed. JD Nitro does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets or game rounds, except where stated otherwise in specific product rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and per product. These are displayed within the relevant betting or game interface and may change without advance notice.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations may be corrected by JD Nitro at any time. Where an error has led to incorrect winnings being credited, JD Nitro reserves the right to reclaim the overpaid amount from the player's Wallet.
• In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game or bet round, JD Nitro will investigate using server logs and certified game records. The outcome of the investigation — which may include voiding and refunding affected bets — is final.
• All sports betting odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• JD Nitro uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all applicable games. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified and cannot be influenced by any party, including JD Nitro staff.
• Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. For Philippine sports events, the official result of the relevant league (PBA, UAAP, PVL, etc.) is the definitive settlement source.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on JD Nitro. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity or location.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet, including match-fixing, chip-dumping in card games, or coordinating bets to exploit a promotion.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any systematic strategy designed to profit from bonuses without genuine gameplay intent.
• Money laundering: Using JD Nitro as a channel to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. JD Nitro is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Hacking or manipulation: Attempting to interfere with the platform's software, games, payment systems, or any other technical component of JD Nitro.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to interact with JD Nitro games or betting markets without genuine human engagement.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that were genuinely deposited and used on JD Nitro. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

JD Nitro is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following provisions reflect our obligations and your rights as a player.

• JD Nitro provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and a self-exclusion tool — all accessible from your account settings.
• Players who feel their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Setting a deposit or loss limit does not require contacting support — it can be done directly in your account dashboard.
• Self-exclusion requests are permanent or for a defined period, as chosen by the player. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive marketing communications from JD Nitro.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the JD Nitro platform — including but not limited to the JD Nitro name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of JD Nitro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any JD Nitro content without prior written permission.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use JD Nitro's intellectual property other than for the purpose of using the platform in accordance with these Terms.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. JD Nitro is licensed to offer such games but does not own the underlying game software.

13 Privacy and Data

JD Nitro collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy. The key points are summarised below, but please review the full Privacy Policy for complete details.

• We collect only the personal data necessary to register your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, necessary for payment processing, or required by our gaming regulators.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
• JD Nitro uses appropriate technical security measures to protect your data, including encryption of financial data in transit and at rest.

14 Limitation of Liability

JD Nitro provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we strive for the highest standards of reliability and performance, the following limitations apply.

• JD Nitro is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, network outages, or acts of third-party payment providers.
• JD Nitro is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings from bets not placed due to technical issues.
• In the event JD Nitro is found to be liable for any cause related to these Terms, the maximum liability will be limited to the value of funds held in your Wallet at the time the cause of action arose.
• Nothing in these Terms limits JD Nitro's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

15 Account Suspension and Closure

JD Nitro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass or cooperate with KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated against JD Nitro deposits.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account.
• Death of the account holder — in which case verified next-of-kin may apply to withdraw the account balance.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, JD Nitro will notify the player by their registered contact details. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may appeal by contacting support at support@jdnitro.biz. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account at any time — for any reason, including responsible gaming — may do so by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment channel after applicable checks are completed.

16 Amendments to These Terms

JD Nitro may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, platform features, or business practice. The following process applies to all amendments.

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation.
• The updated Terms will be published at jdnitro.biz/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated.
• Continued use of the JD Nitro platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using JD Nitro and request closure of your account before the effective date. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment channel.

17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of JD Nitro are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

• Any dispute between you and JD Nitro will first be referred to our customer support team for resolution. Most issues are resolved at this stage, usually within 24–72 hours.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, either party may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority or pursue resolution through the Philippine court system with jurisdiction over such matters.
• You and JD Nitro both waive the right to jury trial (where applicable) and agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the English language.
